Aspire Anxiety & OCD Solutions is an out-of-network (OON), private-pay practice. I do not participate with or bill insurance companies directly, so payment is made to the practice at the time of service.

However, being out-of-network does not necessarily mean you cannot use your insurance benefits. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse you for a portion of the cost of therapy.

If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill containing the information you need to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Whether you choose to submit your sessions to insurance is completely up to you.

Because every insurance plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance company before beginning therapy to ask about your outpatient mental health out-of-network benefits, including:

• Whether you have out-of-network mental health benefits
• Your deductible and how much you have met
• What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed after meeting your deductible
• Whether there is a limit on the number of sessions covered
• Whether you need to meet a separate mental health deductible
• How to submit a Superbill for reimbursement

You can typically find this information by calling the member services number on your insurance card or checking your insurance company's website. Some insurance companies have a separate department for mental or behavioral health.
